Judy has over four decades of experience in education as a teacher and administrator at all levels, PK-12. Judy worked in a non-profit educational service agency as a Director of Professional Development and as an Assistant/Associate Professor in the Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership at the University of Hartford.

She is a licensed superintendent in Massachusetts; nationally certified as an Administrator of School Finance and Operations; and has completed Level II Curriculum Reviewer training with Curriculum Management Solutions, Inc. Judy’s areas of expertise are policy development, curriculum and instruction, strategic planning, online and blended learning, and financial operations. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Barrington College; a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Westfield State University; and a Doctorate in Education from UMass, Amherst.

Judy enjoys playing the piano and singing at various events and spending time by the ocean and hiking with her husband.
