Nicole Goncalves

School Business Adminstrator

Nicole joined the TMS Team in 2020, serving clients as a School Business Administrator. She has twenty years’ experience in the banking industry, in a variety of positions at Country Bank: Loan servicing Representative, Data Analyst - Finance, Profitability Model Administrator, MIS Reporting and Business Analyst, and Accounting Officer.

Nicole has an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Holyoke Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from Western New England University. She also attended the New England School for Financial Studies at Babson College and has completed coursework in Project Management, Financial and Managerial Accounting, International Business, Economics and Cultures at Boston University. Ms.

Goncalves also holds an Association for Management Information in Financial Services Certificate in Performance Management and a Certificate in Management and Leadership from Worcester State University.
